All orders outside the US are shipped USPS and are not guaranteed. Please refer to shipping policies below.

 

 

Within the United States

 

All orders placed within and / or being shipped within the United States are automatically mailed through the US Postal System and will come with signature confirmation. Additional carriers such as UPS or FedEx can be requested by the purchaser, but understand that additional rates may apply before your item(s) will be shipped.

 

Under certain circumstances, you may request that the signature confirmation clause be removed from your shipment; however, in doing so you assume any and all risk when it comes to your shipment. AeraDeco Video will not guarantee any shipment nor replace any order due to loss, damage, theft, etc, in which the buyer requests that the signature confirmation element from shipping be removed. 

 

Unless otherwise noted, we will make every attempt to ship your order within three (3) business days of placement. However, travel issues do sometimes interfere with shipping schedules. Be sure to visit the home page for any current shipping black out information.

 

Our online ordering process is done through Paypal, which means that shipping labels are created directly from the information provided by you and your account. It is your responsibility as a customer to make sure that your mailing information is current and correct because we will not assume responsibility for lost, damaged, delayed, misdirected or stolen shipments as a result of incorrect or out-of-date shipping information.

 

 

 

Outside the United States

Return Policies for ADV Orders:

 

AeraDeco Video only accepts returns on defective discs, and it is up to the buyer to check newly purchased discs in a timely manner. Defective discs may be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase, and the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to ADV. 

 

Once a return has been accepted, a replacement disc of the same title will then be shipped out at no expense to the buyer. Buyers may not exchange defective discs for different titles.

Q - Why should I purchase directly from BalloonDVDs.com?

 

A - While your favorite balloon artist(s) receives commission from each video sold through AeraDeco Video, whether it be here or through a wholesaler, they get a larger commission from videos sold through this site as opposed to ones sold through our wholesale partners. So if you would like to more directly support the artist of your choice, this is a great way to do it. 

 

 

Q - I purchased a video and want to review it. How do I go about it?

 

A - Send a request to steve@balloondesigners.com. Any and all reviews are accepted as long as they adhere to the official review policies.

 

 

Q - I have an idea or request for a video. How do I get it made into an ADV release?

 

A - Send your interest to steve@balloondesigners.com. We review all requests and if deemed there's a need, we will actively pursue it.
